Every JAK Creations piece is handcrafted by hand in my studio. I want you to love what you bought, and if something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Email me at [your address] with your order number to start a return.

Condition. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with their original packaging. Pieces showing signs of wear can't be accepted.

Earrings. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Commissioned and one-of-a-kind pieces. Custom work is final sale.

Return shipping. Buyers cover return shipping for size exchanges or changes of mind. Please use a tracked, insured method — lost returns can't be refunded.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is inspected, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days and send a confirmation email. Refunds reflect the full price you paid; shipping is built into that price and is included in the refund.

Damaged or defective pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or has a fabrication defect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice — and cover return shipping.
